At Dr. Paul Grewe’s spiritual guidance practice, we understand the importance of flexibility in meeting your needs. While we do not accept insurance, we offer straightforward and affordable pricing plans to accommodate various situations.

• We accept multiple payment methods to suit your preferences:

  Credit Cards

  We accept major credit cards. Please note that a credit card fee may apply, depending on the card type.

  Zelle

  Zelle is a convenient, fee-free payment option. It's commonly available through your banking app.

  If your bank doesn't offer Zelle, you can sign up directly on their website.

  Be aware that while Zelle itself doesn't charge fees, some banks might; please verify with your financial institution.

  Klarna Payment Plans

  We offer payment plans through Klarna, subject to approval. These options will be presented during checkout.

Starter Consultation

• A required initial consultation to discuss your needs and determine how best to proceed.

• Duration: 20 minutes (Zoom call)

Standard Sessions

• Duration: 45 minutes per session

• Fee: $50 per session

• Duration: 20 minutes per session

• Fee: $25 per session

• Couples Add $15 per session rate

• Children/Teens 20% Discount - If an a adult is doing the session with child/teen & NOT just sitting in the discount does not apply. *(Refer to Important details below)

• Email Sessions available for your convenance.

  Duration: 180 minutes per Package

• Fee: $50 per Package

  180 Min total/ 45 min x 4 sessions.

  36 Emails in total. Comes out to being 5 Min per emails sent to the client as a response.

• All video sessions Are conducted via Zoom for your convenience.

• All video sessions Are timed for convenience for booking purposes leaving a 15 min window per session. Thus said if time runs over booked timed session a $2.00 per min fee (5min MAX) is added to next session scheduled and must be paid during that booking.

• Pro Bono case Fill out the form that will be provided and Dr. Paul Grewe will go over your case and determine if possible to take on your case for Free at this time. *Limited sessions for Free per Calendar year given per client. Please note if considering this method, after the limited sessions you will be notified if you like to continue at normal rates or pause the sessions for a later date.

Deluxe Services/Plans

Pay in advance and SAVE *Any Plan(s) can be added at anytime

Plan A:

• Cost: $800 for 6 months.

• Sessions: 4 sessions per month (total of 24 sessions over 6 months).

• Session Fee: $30 per session instead of $50.

• Savings:

  • Regular cost per session: $50 × 24 sessions = $1,200.

  • Discounted cost per session: $30 × 24 sessions = $720.

  • Total cost with the plan: $800 + $720 = $1,520.

  • Total Savings: $1,200 - ($720 + $800) = $480.

Plan B:

• Cost: $1,200 for 12 months.

• Sessions: 4 sessions per month (total of 48 sessions over 12 months).

• Session Fee: $20 per session instead of $50.

• Savings:

  • Regular cost per session: $50 × 48 sessions = $2,400.

  • Discounted cost per session: $20 × 48 sessions = $960.

  • Total cost with the plan: $1,200 + $960 = $2,160.

  • Total Savings: $2,400 - ($960 + $1,200) = $240.

• Additional Terms:

  • Couples sessions add $15 per session.

  • These plans aim to reduce the cost compared to the standard $50/session plan.

ULTRA PLUS PLAN:

$2,000 for 12 Months (2 Months Free)

• Cost: $2,000 upfront for the entire year.

• Sessions Included: 4 sessions per month (total of 48 sessions over 12 months).

• Cost Per Session: $0 (covered by the upfront payment).

Savings Calculation:

• Regular cost per session: $50 × 48 sessions = $2,400.

• Total Savings:

  • $400

Additional Terms for ULTRA PLUS PLAN:

• Couples sessions add $15 per session

  If knowing a couples session will be needed add $15x10 months=$600 ($2,000+$600=$2,600)

  If couple is added on/off based on what best fits add $15 per session which is due before session date/time

• This plan eliminates session costs after the upfront payment, offering a full year of sessions with two months free as an added incentive.

Important Details

• Minors Are welcome however an adult MUST be present at all times. Failure to have an adult present at all times forfeits that session and no refunds are given. Adults may join in as part of the session not just sitting in. However this is at full cost of non child/teen session.

• Payment Policy: Payments must be made at least 2 days prior to each session to secure your time slot and allow payment to clear.

• Cancellation Policy: Sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling policy Clients rescheduling more than three consecutive times will be dropped from future sessions

  If Dr. Paul Grewe has to reschedule you for any reason. You the client will receive 10% off your next session.

• Forms Like any other help facilities there will be forms.

  1. Forms for Engagement:

     • Consultation Form: The initial form where clients provide background information, goals, and expectations.

     • Progress Tracking Forms: These will capture periodic updates on the client's development and the effectiveness of the service provided.

  2. Dual Feedback Mechanism:

     • Client Feedback Form: Clients evaluate their own progress and provide feedback on how they perceive Dr. Paul Grewe's support.

     • Dr. Paul Grewe's Assessment Form: Dr. Grewe records observations and progress updates for the client, creating a holistic view of the client's journey.

  3. Purpose of Forms:

     • Establish a clear record of starting points, goals, and milestones.

     • Foster communication and accountability between Dr. Grewe and the client.

     • Enable periodic reviews to adjust strategies and ensure alignment with objectives.
